AlignBetween processes customer payments via credit/debit card: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. AlignBetween does not accept personal checks or any other form of payment at this time. It is possible that some international cards will not be verified by the system. AlignBetween reserves the right to refuse sale to any party for any reason deemed necessary. However, AlignBetween will make a concerted effort to work with international customers in securing acceptable payment to complete the desired transaction. You may contact AlignBetween directly with any questions regarding forms of payment.
...Shipping and Handling
We will ship to any verified address anywhere in North America and internationally, however, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed or damaged shipments once they are in the hands of the carrier. Please be advised that shipments outside of the United States may incur customs and duties charges of which AlignBetween is not responsible. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs duties and charges, and returned packages to AlignBetween will not be re-sent without payment of applicable shipping charges and additional service and/or handling fees.
For security reasons, we will only ship to the shipping address specified at the time the order was placed. Customers will be responsible for the accuracy of the shipping destination entered.
...Returns
There are no refunds or exchanges, therefore all sales should be considered final. Any refused shipment sent back to AlignBetween or AlignBetween's fulfillment location does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. If the customer wishes to cancel an order, this request must be made in writing via email to admin@alignbetween.com (include customer name and order number). However, since all items are "made-to-order", once an item has been produced, AlignBetween considers the order a valid sale.
There may be some cases or situations in which AlignBetween agrees to accept the return or exchange of an item. If this is the case, customer will incur return shipping and handling charges as well as a 15% restocking fee. Any authorized refund will be credited within 30 days. There will be absolutely no returns or exchanges past 15 days of the item delivery date, and the honoring of any return, exchange or refund is at the discretion of AlignBetween. Return instructions will only be provided after a determination has been made by AlignBetween.
In the event your item is damaged in transit, AlignBetween will make every diligent effort to correct the problem and ensure the satisfaction of the customer. Please note, if your merchandise is damaged upon delivery please do the following:
1) Contact the carrier (or point the damage out to the driver) immediately. In most cases this will be UPS.
2) Contact AlignBetween to report the damaged merchandise. Please do not send back any item unless you are instructed to do so - the return address may not be the same as AlignBetween's order fulfillment location.
3) DO NOT THROW away the box, packaging /packing material, packing slips or shipping labels. You may also be asked to take pictures of the damaged box and item, or allow the item and packaging to be inspected by the carrier representative or field agent.
AlignBetween merchandise is only available through www.AlignBetween.com, or through special arrangements for specific projects / volume sales. Purchasing prints or other goods with the purpose of re-selling them (either at a higher or lower price) is not condoned, and this act of "flipping" is expressly prohibited by the artist. Any customer or individual that is discovered to be re-selling AlignBetween merchandise without prior contractual consent will be refused future sales and/or business with AlignBetween, as this behavior compromises the integrity of AlignBetween's customer and business relationships. The policy ensures that all customers of AlignBetween remain happy and satisfied.

In the event we offer gift-cards by which you can personalize a product you order for another person, the information you provide to us to create a gift-card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletter as well as updates on our new products and services.
